“My wife and I have been very pleased with both of our visits so far. It seems we have found our new favorite local shop for all of our auto needs. We were referred by a family friend when we needed our inspection and emissions done last November for our Chevy Malibu. Everyone is very nice, friendly and professional. At that time we decided that if any future work needs done we would most likely return and recommend. So we recently had to upgrade to a different newer to us vehicle a Chevy Equinox it was time for an oil change. We called and were able to make an appointment within a couple days. My wife remembered the recent mailer we received and our full synthetic oil change was the best deal around and done by our new favorite shop we trust their work and will definitely return and recommend. “Needed 2 new back tires and ordered them through their website. That very same day, they called to let me know the tires were delivered. Once I was able to get there, they put them on for me. All staff have been so kind and patient and doing their best! They are very welcoming and work hard. I’ll be back for an alignment and definitely recommend this location! Definitely call ahead to see how long the wait may be as they have a busy season!:)”

“everything was perfect I hit a pot hole on the bypass and had a donut put on. They ordered one right away and fixed it for me. Everyone was very nice and professional. The state needs to fix the pot holes on the bypass. My tires weren't that old. 5 stars to CJ tires”

“Great experience at the Jiffy Lube in Mt. Penn! I came in for a vehicle inspection after having an unfortunate experience at the Sinking Spring location, and the difference in customer service was immediately noticeable.
The entire Mt. Penn team was professional, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I arrived. They were happy to help, got my car taken care of, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to assist, especially after I had already driven to another location trying to get the inspection done.

“I cannot say enough good things about the team at Jiffy Lube in Sinking Spring! I came in for what I thought would be a routine oil change and tire rotation, and ended up getting service that went so far above and beyond my expectations.
During the inspection, the crew discovered I had a rodent problem under the hood — something I had absolutely no idea about. Instead of just shrugging it off or sending me on my way with a warning, John Penta and his team took the time to do a complete and thorough cleanup. They handled the whole situation with professionalism, care, and zero judgment (because honestly, I was mortified).
John runs a tight ship and clearly leads by example. His team was friendly, communicative, and walked me through everything they found and everything they did to fix it. They could have easily charged me a fortune or upsold me on services I didn't need — instead, they just took care of the problem like it was no big deal.

“Dawn in the automotive center was super amazing in helping me book and emergency appointment for my car when I accidently made an appointment at the wrong location, she was extremely understanding of my car's needs and very kind and courteous! I also want to give a shoutout to the kind woman in the fabric department today (who was working around 12:30pm-1:30pm) who assisted me in finding a particular drinking cub/glass and flavor products! Both of these ladies are amazing!”

“Professional, thorough, quality, communicative, advisory are the words I would use to describe the service I received when I took my car for an inspection at King’s the end of August. I loved how they sent me a link to view the results of the inspection to include pics, recommendations, must dos and what I could defer to a later date. Then they called me to review. Wow! I was impressed. Everyone with whom I interacted was professional and so engaging. Top Notch! The best service I have ever received related to auto maintenance. I will not be going anywhere else for my service going forward. Thank you! BTW, I love my new tires what a difference. My drive is so much smoother and quieter. Yay!”
