“I had the most amazing experience here. I had foot surgery and afterwards,I bought a pair of Nike Airmax. I never wore them, but several months went by and for some reason my foot is just different and many shoes don’t fit right. “Tonight my daughter and I were at the mall and I was looking for sneakers. Now of course I was in my work clothing so it didn't look like I wore sneakers but still. So we went into foot locker and there were three associates standing in the middle talking. No one said hello or anything. Then as I was looking at shoes not one person came up and said a word to me. I even looked over at them and nothing so I left. Then I came into Villa and as I walked on someone greeted us. Then while at the shoes one lady was super nice and then a guy seen me going shoes and came right over and said can I help. I ended up getting a pair of sneakers and even asked his opinion on some stuff. Then when checking out the lady was super nice.”

“I had an awesome experience at Fleet Feet in West Reading! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Adriane, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
She started by doing a 3D scan of my feet and analyzing my walk, then used the results to recommend shoes that would work best for me. We went through four or five different pairs, and she took the time to explain the differences and make sure I found what felt right and never once making me feel rushed.
I ended up walking out with two great pairs: the Saucony Triumph 24 and ASICS GT-2000 15.
I’m beyond thankful for Adriane’s help, expertise, and especially the time she spent helping me make the right decision. This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back.
