However, Jay told me he did not want to stiff me on the last month so he gave me the medicine even though the pharmacy lost money. It gave me time to find a new pharmacy before I was due again next month. Thank you Jay & Adzema. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy you don’t see that kind of generosity most places.”

“These wonderful people have been so patient with Rite Aid on Pine Hollow Road and how terrible the pharmacy there is. After years of unbelievably poor service and terrible experiences at Rite Aid, I had my prescriptions transferred to this Medicine Shoppe location. It took literally all day and maybe 16 phone calls to Rite Aid on behalf of me and The Medicine Shoppe but they were so kind and patient with me and Rite Aid and my drs. I am so grateful they are just a few hundred yards (maybe) from Rite Aid, and they even deliver! They use my name, are always ready to call my dr if I need a refill, and I can’t recommend enough that if you are a Rite Aid pharmacy customer transferring to this pharmacy.”

For a while there was a problem with having enough handicap carts available, but that seems to have been corrected. Some of the employees are grumpy, but remember, they haven't been to etiquette school, and some are probably "on the spectrum." As long as there's no shooting, it's fine with me. :-)”

“I originally purchased my CPAP through MedCare. When trying to re-order a mask they couldn't even tell me what I had been provided. They unfortunately couldn't help me unless I drove 90 minutes to their offices. So, I called Westbrook Rx and they were able to determine what I needed based on the brand name & a description of the mask. The new mask was reasonably priced and arrived in 2 days. They were so very helpful!”

The others had unflushed toilets, toilet paper on the floor, wet seats (not from water). Looked more like a truck stop. It couldn't have gotten dirty that quickly.
