“If you grew up in the 50s or 60s you'll appreciate this little blast from the past. Adzema Pharmacy has a diner section where they serve good, simple food. Portion size is just right and coffee is good. The two waitresses are so kind and helpful. They are like sunshine in human form. According to a recent Post-Gazette piece, this place is the last pharmacy/lunch counter in the Pittsburgh area. Stop by to see how things used to be and pick up a few household items from the other side of the store. We did.”

“As someone who lived across the US previously, I don't want to live anywhere that doesn't have a Giant Eagle EVER again. Their MyPerks Rewards program is genuinely the best: you get points for everything you buy to go towards cheaper gas/groceries, there's dozens of sales going on at all times PLUS personalized coupons for some of the items you buy frequently, & overall it feels like you're getting WAY more value than you would at every other grocery store. “I'll never ever forget the first time that my closest friend brought me into Priority Healthcare to begin my road to recovery. I had never in my life known fear, though to say that I was afraid as I entered PH's office would be a gross understatement. For too many reasons to get into here, I will just say that I was actually praying in my head as I sat in the room waiting for the physician to enter.
Long story short, I expected a long painful road ahead, however, from our first encounter that day, Marianne was incredibly kind, non-judgmental and amazingly supportive, ALWAYS being there if/when I needed someone to talk to and the road back was most likely far less painful than I probably deserved.
