“I have had nothing but great experiences with the long term employees that work there they are always polite, willing to help, and answer my questions I have. I do have to name one Pharmacist in particular that goes above and beyond to help me with my medication and any questions I have, she does her best to answer them all, her name is Lisa and she has been there for a while and is consistently always going above and beyond to help.
I have had not the greatest experiences with some of the newer employees that either do not currently work at this or any other location. The ones I am talking about I do not have their names they all have been women if that helps at all and they in all my experiences have been rude and unhelpful and unwilling to help. They made me feel like I was wasting their time and would have an attitude when I would ask to speak with a pharmacist when I had a medical question about the medication and then put on hold for an extended period of time before the pharmacist would eventually get on the phone(my opinion only, I think that the techs would deliberately keep me on hold for an extended period before even letting the pharmacist know they had a patient with a question on hold on the phone). Otherwise I have had a very pleasant experiences with Michael/Mike the Pharmacy Manager and Lisa a Pharmacist who has been there for a long time.”

“CVS Pharmacy in Bellevue is the BEST! Yesterday I didn't have my updated insurance cards when I picked up my scripts. (The new cards hadn't come in the mail yet.) My bad. Well, the young lady who waited on me said that if I brought the updated info with me I'd get a full refund and only have to pay the copays. Naturally, when I got home yesterday, the new ID cards were in my mailbox. LOL So I took it up to CVS today and the same young lady (I believe her name was Heather) was working and knew exactly why I was there. Very quick and efficient!”

“This CVS has an overall pleasant evironment. The store is clean, well-organized, fully stocked with personal hygiene products, household necessities. It offers a pharmacy, ups drop off point/services, and a photo lab. The store staff, pharmacist & pharmacy technicians are all very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and personable. The pharmacy itself has an AI phone, refill, and ordering system. I personally prefer speaking directly with a person and feel the system itself is annoying, time consuming, and a bit of a nuisance. It doesn't redirect you to a person or offer it as an option. You must leave a voicemail. This is a personal preference and it is not a negative reflection whatsoever on the store or any of their employees. I gave the store 5 stars because of the employees & the what the store itself offers.”
