“Welp, ? I been dealing with CVS pharmacy since 2004~aug. When I had my gastric bypass surgery @magee women's hospital ?. So, I first started going to CVS in Bellevue, Pa. (Where I lived at the time)+ Crafton, Pa . Plus, now I live on Northside and I still patron them ????‍♀️?️ because of my condition with having MS ? secondary progression ?? it's now 14yrs. And I deal ? with CVS Specialty for my DMTs MS ??? meds. ??‍♀️”

“CVS Pharmacy in Bellevue is the BEST! Yesterday I didn't have my updated insurance cards when I picked up my scripts. (The new cards hadn't come in the mail yet.) My bad. Well, the young lady who waited on me said that if I brought the updated info with me I'd get a full refund and only have to pay the copays. Naturally, when I got home yesterday, the new ID cards were in my mailbox. LOL So I took it up to CVS today and the same young lady (I believe her name was Heather) was working and knew exactly why I was there. Very quick and efficient!”

“This CVS has an overall pleasant evironment. The store is clean, well-organized, fully stocked with personal hygiene products, household necessities. It offers a pharmacy, ups drop off point/services, and a photo lab. The store staff, pharmacist & pharmacy technicians are all very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and personable. The pharmacy itself has an AI phone, refill, and ordering system. I personally prefer speaking directly with a person and feel the system itself is annoying, time consuming, and a bit of a nuisance. It doesn't redirect you to a person or offer it as an option. You must leave a voicemail. This is a personal preference and it is not a negative reflection whatsoever on the store or any of their employees. I gave the store 5 stars because of the employees & the what the store itself offers.”
