“I really enjoyed visiting this store. They have a great selection of autographed memorabilia, comics, Funko Pops, and more. The 2 guys there were really friendly and knowledgable about memorabilia. I spent a lot of time browsing through the store and was never rushed. I ended up picking up a few autographed pieces and left very happy. “I had a great experience at this shop I had to get my bindings, put on my snowboard and find a pair of snow boots and the staff was very friendly and I let them know I’m not trying to spend a fortune and they were very kind and recommending price, friendly products, and also striking out friendly conversation Only took about 20 minutes for the bindings to go on and about five minutes to get my boots all in all great experience”

“I'm in a flannel phase, apparently. After a visit to Vermont Flannel during a family vacation this summer, I thought it couldn't get any better. I love both brands equally. LL Bean's customer service is absolutely perfect. The vibe is so pleasant every time I'm in the store whether I need help or not. I don't know how they train their staff, but the whole team is second-to-none as far as retail shops go. In addition to flannel fanatics, their aesthetic appeals to comfort seekers of all ages. I can't get enough.”
“Rally House is a chain that sells merchandise for sports teams (e.g., shirts, hats, mugs, flags, and gloves), and it has stores across the U.S. This particular store is located on the North Shore of Pittsburgh. My father-in-law wanted a particular Steelers jersey. This jersey was sold out at competing businesses, but this Rally House had it in stock for the usual price. I ordered the jersey through their website, and a store employee soon shipped it through USPS Ground Advantage. The next day, the USPS delivered the package to me. The store employee had packed the correct product and the correct size. My father-in-law enjoys this jersey very much. I feel thankful that this store sold it to me. Please note that I have not visited this store in-person recently, so I do not know how the employees communicate.”

“Rich is the best !! I had gotten skates from my local pro shop and had 2 bad experience , one the boots where a size and a half to big , got new skates and they still caused me so much pain and issues . My coach recommended Rich and I went down and he is AMAZING!! He really tries his hardest to fix issues. He is the only one who truly cares about his skaters . He was able to fix my skates and my coach truly sees a difference. I will only go here now . Please only come here for your skates and accessories. You won’t be disappointed .”

“Exceptional customer service and inventory. We were looking for soccer cleats for two of my daughters (ages 11 and 9). The gentleman working today measured their feet and showed us where each child's correct size was located. I've been in other soccer stores and have never seen so many options for kid's cleats. Both daughters easily found cleats they loved and that fit. The staff checked to make sure their shoes fit correctly, found the correct shin guards and gave my daughters pointers on putting them on and off.I will definitely be back the next time we need any soccer supplies as they carry everything you could need. Its rare to find such friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Thank you Soccer Source for making it so easy for us.”

“I have an antique "Brunswick Twentieth Century Table" in excellent condition. I used to have the old "Saunier Wilhelm Company" in Oakland take care of all my pool table needs. Joe Wilhelm new his s - - t. After they closed I searched high and low for a reputable replacement. Dan Schwarz's name kept coming up. I called to have my 860 Simonis cloth replaced. Dan did an excellent job. More recently, I bought a new home and had Dan and his staff relocate my table to my new home. They dismantled my table and transported it 15 miles away. During the set up I had them install new pocket leathers and new 860 Simonis cloth. The transport and set up all went seamlessly. Dan informed me that my table would settle into the carpet and would most likely need to be re-leveled. He was right. He came back alone and releveled my table. I have found him and his staff to be reliable, dependable, knowledgeable, and professional. Dan is old school. A craftsman. There are not many of these guy's left. Highly recommended.”

“Top notch customer service. I called in and asked if they sold allen wrenches. They didn’t, but a very nice sales associate Jacob asked his colleagues who ride bikes if someone happened to have some, he spent about 10 minutes asking everyone in the store, and, luckily for me, someone did! I was able to come in and borrow them, and it saved me a huge headache.”
