“Amazing place. Want to take a passport photo, you are in and out in few mins. If you don’t love the long lines in USPS, then this place is for you. You don’t have to guess what type of packaging you need to use. They will help you. They even store your previous visits info and can pre-populate your destination information. They make the experience quick. I even used them for mailing my passport application. They knew what was needed and where to mail. People working in there are really helpful and do their best to assist. I would recommend this business for all of the services I mentioned above.”

“I've had excellent service from the team at this store on several occasions--the point being, they work as a team. A newbie employee was helping me with a somewhat challenging request today, and he was able to get quick, helpful direction from his 2 co-workers that was spot-on and solved a PDF blow-up problem I'd been struggling with on my at-home printer/copier for a while---they produced a digital enhancement of the file and thereby provided a 200% sizing of a PDF. It's definitely my go-to Fedex location, and we have several near my home.”

“Visited this place recently to get items for a DIY project, as you entered, you will see the UPS store on your left side and checked with them, and the person was friendly and gave me some suggestions. Then, as I entered the store, staff greeted and went to my section to gather materials, and my items were in stock. They have organized it well and are easy to find.”

“So my experience in the past with shipping has not been good. I ship items from all across US to FL every week and for thousands of dollars every month. This UPS store is very good and very affordable. If you are reading this review and shipping items won from the area auction houses, this UPS store is very good. If you need help or need advice on shipping items affordable they in my experience are exceptional. I spend time and money with shipping companies and Parcel and More is extremely fair with shipping and packing. I have read reviews from others and communication and helpfulness is always mentioned and it should. So please ignore the 1 star reviews the operation and communication is far superior than other shipping operators and definitely the best when compared to other UPS stores. Remember these are franchise operators and not owned by UPS. So each location has different management and staff. I was apprehensive at first but once I began the staff impressed me so please give them an opportunity and ignore the nonsense of the 1 star reviews. Thank you Parcel & More. I really had to say something since people have not reviewed your store correctly.”

On occasion, depending who is behind the desk, you can get someone who is very soft spoken which is hard to hear what they are asking and then it takes forever to get the package processed. Other than that, the people are nice and happy to help.”
