“I highly recommend, the staff was very professional and did everything possible to obtain my vehicle for me. They truly went above and beyond and I appreciate what they did for me. Thank you to all the the staff who helped me out.”
“Excellent service, my first choice for an oil change in the area (and honestly, the only place I've gone for the past few years). Quick full service, staff who have given us a few very helpful car care tips (e.g., battery testing low) without any motivation other than informing the customer. 10/10 recommend!”
“All team members were cheerful and helpful, but Maggie was exceptional -- like a neighbor or like a good friend from my own daughters' inner circles. She looked for a rental vehicle that did not have a computer screen, that had knobs that I could locate by touch (without having to take my eyes off the road). She showed me how to use features that are *not* in my Crosstrek. Maggie patiently and thoroughly explained (more than once) why additional insurance for rentals (beyond my Erie policy) represents a safeguard with considerable risk reduction for additional expenses, if disaster strikes. She never pressured me at all; in fact she triple-checked that I wanted to continue the extra coverage. She worked very well with the team at Baierl Body Works during the course of my repair. My contact with Maggie provided reassurance during a relatively stressful experience.”
“Easy to reserve and pick up car. Easy to upgrade to an available hybrid. Izzy to extend term of rental. Easy to upgrade from a daily to a weekly rate. Ended up being more expensive than I planned, but weekly rate made expense comparable to market pricing.”
“I’ve been going here since the mid early 2000’s and never had any of my cars serviced anywhere else. Everyone here is so welcoming and nice and honest. I moved away and drive 30mins to and from for them because I know they will take care of me and my car.”
“Armando was very helpful for our annual beach vacation minivan rental. I appreciated the extra communication the day I returned the van. He made it so so easy. Thank you”

“We wish Rahul was our local rep for Enterprise! You could tell our Kittanning Emily taught him how to be so customer friendly..we were treated with respect and welcoming attitudes the second we interacted with each of them. Rahul went above and beyond helping us through our stressful process with our auto being in the shop. Thank you so very much Rahul..we appreciate you”
“The Cranberry Twp, PA office of Enterprise is the BEST. I have rented from other Cranberry Twp Rental Car Agencies and I never got the service I get at Enterprise. Everyone is so helpful and always willing to work with me on what I need and how quickly I need it. I highly recommend this outfit, if you need to rent a car!”
“Beautiful clean fresh style is what comes to me when I think lw exotic rentals friendly helpful staff reasonable prices all in all just a good experience definitely recommend to family and friends”
“The staff were outstanding and very helpful, especially Management Trainee Maggie B. She was very attentive and went above and beyond to address my rental reservation from inception through pickup.”
“I never had to rent a car before but had to as my parked car was totaled. They walked me thru the process and had me in a car within minutes. The return was just as easily and quick.”
“This is my first time to use this branch in Pittsburgh on route eight. Everyone is so great I had nothing but an outstanding experience staff are friendly, accommodating, even though the reason for my rental because of an insurance claim was not in a good mood to start with upset from my car accident, they made the process very much painless. Also commended and impressed with the cleanliness of the cars. I had driven two different vehicles in that period each one of them was noticeably clean on the inside no odors. Kudos keep up the good work.”
“The Cranberry, PA Budget location saved our vacation! We rented at a different Budget through a third party and while we got the confirmations, when we got there they had our name but no specifics. Part of our rental had included a car seat for our 2 year old but this location was out and only had booster seats! Yikes! This was midnight, so the next day we had some frustrating calls with customer service in which they basically told us we just had to drive around to different Budget locations to see if they could trade out the Booster seat for a car seat. I tried calling one but got rerouted to...customer service.
My husband and Father-in-law went on a quest to find a Budget with a car seat, and the Cranberry location delivered!
Thank you, Cranberry, PA Budget Car Rental! Now we can enjoy the rest of our vacation with our daughter strapped in safely!”
“Vehicle is great!Don’t expect much from service. That’s not an indictment on the staff. The place is meant for Uber rentals only and is setup for little to no customer interaction… No working phone number. Not even a handle on the front door ?”

“I did a one way rental and dropped off the rental car at this location. The location is small and only staffed by one person but the staff was fast, polite, and helpful with my questions.”
