I love yoga at EQ!! Allie is such a wonderful instructor and is so passionate about what she does. The studio is an inviting and welcoming environment and the yoga is relaxing, regenerative and thought-provoking. I always leave class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! Check it out!

Equilibrium Pittsburgh Pilates is my favorite studio to go to when I am looking for a class or one-on-one Pilates training. When I have friends who are rehabbing an injury, I confidently send them to work one -on-one with Allie, (or the others) and they always get what they need, and make progress with their issues. Whether it is Pilates, Yoga or BootyBarre, Eqpittsburgh has the best instructors, a lovely bright studio, and a warm and welcoming group of students in their classes. Allie, the owner is an expert, an innovator and a pleasure to know and work with.

Allie and the other instructors at Equilibrium are passionate about what the do, how they teach, and helping their clients meet their fitness and FUN goals in the best way possible. As a PT, I love that they appreciate and utilize the team approach, knowing when a client might benefit from another eye, or helping to integrate what we are doing in PT and rehab into a pilates program. I am pretty protective with my clients and patients, but always know that if they work with the wonderful and smart people at Equilibrium, we will get good outcomes!

Wonderful studio!! I enjoy every class and I always feel that I have been shown how to correctly work the exercises to get the full benefit. Ali is an amazing teacher! Highly recommend!!

Laura, Allie and their staff are amazing! I've been traveling 30 minutes in each direction to my classes ever since their studio opened. I've seen them grow throughout the years, add new classes, onboard new staff and host retreats and events for us to learn more about pilates. Equilibrium is invested in their clients and really help to apply the core teachings beyond the classroom and into healthy techniques throughout life.

It's been over a year since I've been able to get back to my Pilates. I felt so great today after my session. Laura is an amazing Teacher. Equilibrium is a great place and every Teacher is Excellent.

I'm 61, and have been diagnosed with multiple back issues. Mat pilates and the "YUR Back" program at Equilibrium Pittsburgh have done wonders for my core strength and range of motion. Great, friendly staff too!

Bring your A game, for a great workout! If you only have time for one class this is the place! My first group class was challenging and vigorous, I highly recommend to those familiar with pilates and anyone looking to hit every muscle group!

I've been coming to Equilibrium since the studio opened. The instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and really take the time to get to know each student. They know each student's strengths and weaknesses how to challenge each student and help them reach their potential.

The instuctors are very knowledgable, caring, and fun. I am in overall better shape in my life than I've been since my early 20's. They offer a great variety of classes and the variety in each class keeps the workouts interesting and new.

I've been diagnosed with multiple back issues. Pilates mat class and Tricia Siclari's "YUR Back" class at Equilibrium have done wonders for my range of motion. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve core and overall strength.
