The Goodwill Donation Express Center is a great place for easy donations behind the building. The process is quick and pleasant, with staff often described as extremely helpful, friendly, and nice, frequently unloading vehicles. They accept more items than other Goodwills, including shoes and blankets, with clearly labeled bins and reasonable hours. Receipts are easy via QR code. However, one particular employee with red hair and a beard is frequently noted as abrupt, nasty, and lacking personality, with many negative reviews about his treatment of donors. While most visits are positive, occasional donor behavior, like cutting in line, can occur.
This is the best location to drop things off as there is usually not much of a line and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff was extremely helpful on the drop off. They came outside and unloaded my vehicle and sorted it in their own bins. Receipts can easily be pulled up using that QR code
