“I drive out of my way to use this fed ex store. As a company, specifically in regards to deliveries, I would rate fed ex at one star but this location is definitely five star worthy. I have only used their shipping services but they are helpful with securing, taping, printing, etc. if you call in advance they can provide an email address to send the label you need printed to save time.”

“I normally don’t leave reviews, but I just have to commend the sales worker, Staci, who helped print my materials so efficiently and compassionately. I called Staci after realizing I made a mistake on a poster I ordered. Instead of making me do the entire order over again, she told me to email her the new copy, and then she responded and had it ready within an hour. She was kind, resourceful, and definitely left me with a great impression of Staples’s customer service.”

His level of going above and beyond really shows me that this younger generation has so! much! more to offer. And from my experience don’t really get the credit. The world will be FINE with these young men and women. ✌️ NOW! Months later SANDY! Got the scanning Gun in her hand ready to scan anything I throw at her. Where does this place get these people. “The new ownership group is a complete 180 from the prior owners. For years I used to avoid this UPS and purposely drive further to Wexford where service was great (and still is). Guess what?! Both stores are now owned by the same group, and the McCandless customer service and overall service is on par with Wexford. It's been a few months but I can happily say that I don't mind this UPS any longer. Between both locations I'm a daily visitor. Keep up the good work!”
