“Natalie Gentile is simply the best! Because Dr. Gentile is so obviously healthy and vibrant herself, she inspires confidence. She follows and models her own advice. This makes her both a life changer and life saver. She’s not judgmental, but she’s firm and always truthful even when you’re desperate to hear a filtered view of things. Her advice/diagnosis is crisp and to the point. She’ll deliver bad news when warranted, but it is always tempered with a plan to overcome whatever the obstacle is. I can’t imagine dealing w/ a less emotionally-attuned PCP after putting myself under Natalie Gentile’s care. In principle, I’m against cloning humans, but I would make one exception: we need a million Natalie Gentiles to transform our over burdened, increasingly exploitative, profit-driven and woefully underperforming medical industrial complex. Other than that, she’s alright?”

“New patient with Dr. O. My husband and I have been through so many different medical networks trying to find a doctor who will take us seriously. Yesterday, she spent an hour or so with each of us; she is amazing. She didn’t just chalk things up to my weight but helped me find cardiologists and a sleep study that I’ve needed for years. She listened carefully to everything I was saying and helped me find alternatives to dealing with my depression and anxiety. She didn’t push pills on me like other doctors but instead helped me look into healthy alternatives and ways to cope. She also helped me plan some lifestyle changes for my body and mind. She cut off what might be a tumor to send out on my husband’s foot and really listened to his needs. I cannot stress this enough: UPMC and Dr. O went above and beyond helping us yesterday. I’m so happy to finally have found someone who listens and cares. If I could give 10 stars, I would!”
