I had a large, last-minute print order for my father's funeral, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate during such a difficult time. They offered suggestions and different options to make sure my print job turned out exactly as I wanted it.
When I picked up my order the next day, the staff not only expressed their condolences but also gave me flowers, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. The manager suggested I download the Staples app to earn money back on my purchase, and the team member ringing me out even applied a coupon I didn't know about, saving me an additional $50.
The entire process was seamless and effortless, which meant so much to me during such a challenging time. The care and dedication the staff showed will always stay with me. “Every time I go into the store, they’re always so pleasant and go over the top to help me with my shipping needs. The last two times I went in. I had Amazon returns and some items that needed to be shipped separately. The owner of the store took time at her schedule as she was leaving the store for the day to help me and make sure that I had everything I needed before she left. I will never use another shipper. I trust this store with all of my packing, shipping and notarization needs.”
