“I referred friends who live in a retirement community in Harleysville. They are both handicapped and sleep in their electric recliners that they had purchased a few years ago from an Allentown medical supply company. They really liked them and wanted to replace them with the exact same models because they were getting very worn looking. They were told by the medical supply store that one of the chairs was out of stock and couldn’t be ordered. Hager not only WAS able to order that chair, but took their order over the phone, no money down. Chairs were delivered this week (a bit of a distance from Palmerton to Harleysville); the delivery fellows were polite, knowledgeable, friendly. Set up new chairs, moved the old ones to a den, and STILL took NO credit card info. They will be billed later. Our friends were flabbergasted and more than pleased. Hager is a quality company!”

Turns out Mark does way more than flooring! He also coordinated with the counter fabricators and the plumber. That was such a relief as I didn't want the hassle!

“I can’t recommend Bastian enough! We shopped around quite a bit before deciding on who to go with. A lot of other companies marketed low carpet prices per square foot, but came back with extremely high quotes after all the “extras” & unnecessary square footage. From the beginning Bastian was fair and transparent. Kyle at the show room was so helpful and extremely patient with us and our young kids. He kept our budget in mind and recommended a carpet we absolutely love. Install was quicker than the timeline we were told, even though the carpet had to be ordered. From order to completion took less than 2 weeks. Derek and his team did a fantastic job installing the new carpet! They were timely, professional and fun to have. We’ll be returning to Bastian in the future for all our flooring needs!”
