“The service I received was superb, from helping me to choose a vinyl plank flooring to go with my Southwestern design all the way up to six weeks later installation. The two men that installed it were fantastic and they completed the work in 2 1/half days. I had a substantial area, as in great room, including living room, dining room, kitchen, coat closet, linen closet, utility closet, pantry powder room, and laundry area. I highly recommend Carpets and Rugs Int’l for any floor covering that you may need.”

“We had almost 2,000 sq ft of luxury vinyl plank installed throughout our ranch home last year, and Bastion Carpet did an amazing job. They removed everything — old carpet, hardwood, tile, sheet vinyl, even some extra wood to get down to the subfloor. Our layout isn’t the easiest either (big open rooms and a stone fireplace with an angled corner), but the crew handled it perfectly. Derek, Robert, and the third guy (I wish I remembered his name!) were fantastic. They were here for just under a week and the floors looked beautiful when they were done. This year we had a small issue with expansion from sun exposure. I reached out to Julie, and she came out right away to check it out and got us scheduled for a repair ASAP. The team came today and fixed everything, no hassle, and it looks great again. From picking the flooring in the showroom to installation to follow‑up, the whole experience has been top‑notch. The sales staff was super helpful when we were struggling to choose, and the installers were professional and detail‑oriented. If you’re looking to get flooring done, I highly recommend Bastion Carpet. Great people, great work, and they stand behind what they do.”
