“A fairly large strip mall with a decent variety of stores from clothing , Redners food market and many more . The parking lot is usually free of litter and debris from people who can't see the waste cans in front of every store.”
“Love this place—no complaints at all! I only have one suggestion regarding appointment scheduling. Since dogs are animals and can react unpredictably, having several pets arrive at the same time can create a stressful situation. I get nervous waiting in the lobby when there are other large dogs around because my dog is very reactive, and it can feel overwhelming and potentially unsafe.
My suggestion would be to bring some patients directly into an exam room to wait rather than having everyone remain in the waiting area together. This could help reduce stress for both pets and owners and prevent possible incidents.
