Hours: Whitehall Square is an open-air retail center with a Redner's grocery store, shopper-favored retailers, services, and restaurants. The Redner's store is decent, usually clean and stocked, with good prices, though customer service can be inconsistent. The Dollar Tree is a good size with a good variety, courteous staff, and the entire center is noted for being clean with available trash bins. Ross is good but often packed on weekends. It is a very good place to get needed things, visited frequently by shoppers.
