Don’t open a account here unless you absolutely have to, this bank charges all these unnecessary fees. When you go to get some understanding of what’s going on with your account they can’t help. A bunch of incompetent employees work here , they give wrong information and they have bad attitudes.

Best bank ?? in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania. The employees are beyond excellent. They offer the best customer services . I love Joyce ,Carmen, Sara Wheeler and other girls at this branch but I forgot their names . They are really fast and never make mistakes in transactions. I love my bank thanks for everything you guys do for me

Most places "recommend" a mask now and are at 100% capacity. But for some reason this bank only allows 3 people in at a time and we're telling the extra people to stand outside.

Both my personal checking and business accounts were opened at this branch, I have always interacted with friendly and knowledgeable staff. If English is not your first language they also have Spanish speaking tellers. I would highly recommend doing business at this branch.

If I could give this bank zero stars I would. First off the staff is rude and they lack the ability to to give any straight answers. And they also lie and will tell you that all of your transaction history is not available to you. They can't give a proper balance inquiry. Oh and getting a hold of a manager to discuss any issues was impossible. The list goes on but I strongly suggest that anyone who does business at this bank to please go elsewhere because they do not care about the customer.

I opened an checking account recently. The lady that took care of me (at the second desk) was very very helpful . She explained everthing very well. And I got a free gift for opening the account . I definitely recommend her to help you open an account.

It is a scary parking lot to be in looks like trouble I don't do any more business at this location. But the teller I always delt with was very nice the few times I had to go. But unless they hired security I wont go here.

The bank is dirty and scary, there's a ton of hidden fees (dormant service fee is only one of many), and the women who answer the phones are extremely rude. I've been unfairly overdrafted because I neglected to cancel my account after I moved two hours away and apparently they charge you money to not use the account? They wouldn't let me close the account unless I was there in person, so I had to send a family member over to put money in the account so they'd stop charging me overdraft fees until I had the time to drive up there. I ended up paying 100 dollars because...reasons?

Worst Bank Ever! First of all the tellers are not very knowledgeable or polite. Second of all the bank is pretty nasty inside. I actually didn't feel safe in there. Lastly, watch out for hidden fees. Dormant account fee.....really?
