Best bank ?? in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania. The employees are beyond excellent. They offer the best customer services . I love Joyce ,Carmen, Sara Wheeler and other girls at this branch but I forgot their names . They are really fast and never make mistakes in transactions.
