The store manager is great, kind and helpful. He told about the extra care savings program and was able to get signed up during a shopping trip. The staff was attentive to concerns and went above and beyond to solve a problem and gave a suggestion on how to shop. The store was clean and organized. Staff was extremely helpful and patient with order, nice and exceptional attitude. CVS on south main is great however the pharmacy needs improvement on wait time and administering medication. Self checkout has issues receipt didn’t print lost discounts and machine froze up.
Very helpful Katlyn is one of the best Manager/ Customer service/ ECT she dose everything:CVS needs her to train other's. CVS hopefully realizes what she does phenomenal

The pharmacy staff are great. Even though I never once saw them not all busy they still managed to have a warm and frequently funny time. With customers the focus is on getting what you need and answering any questions as fast as possible due the constant volume but the warmth is still there. I miss them.

You all do a very good job, sincerely. I used to be behind the counter as a tech. I know the beast and all that goes on behind the scenes.
