I really try NOT to visit this branch of PNC, after being a customer for close to 40 years, through all the name changes.. its still the same ol bank that really gives its customers a hard time. I can't really think of a time I needed a "bankers" assistance that wasn't a frustrating experience. Rarely do they understand your issue. Often will push you off to call the 1-800 #.. Employees are all quite rude, customer service skills are lacking. The ONLY reason I haven't taken my money elsewhere,.is because they're ATMs are conveniently located throughout the country. Luckily I don't need to go into one all that often, but when I do it's a dreaded experience.

Always long wait times, short staff & bad service from the tellers & bankers. Tried a different branch & the service is still horrible & unfriendly.

How this place got 3 1/2 stars is beyond me, it’s like they go out of their way to not help you. I’m just curious if they do it on purpose or are they just really that incompetent?

The service at this branch is beyond horrible. I went in for a new debt card which takes a second to print and the woman told me to sit and wait. I say for over five minutes and no one came. But numerous customers came and went. Do not go to this branch. Kingston is so much better!!

I've liked this bank for quite a few years, but this spring, they've failed at perhaps their most basic function, and I'm looking for a new one.Our property taxes have to be paid with a paper check. I don't use those often, but PNC started charging - a couple dollars per check! - to print them, so instead I ordered an inexpensive box from Bradford - you know, just like we did for decades before everything was online.I made sure I had ample funds in my account and gave my check to the tax collector.PNC rejected it as "suspicious."I called them, and they looked at it, confirmed everything was filled out correctly, the numbers were correct, everything. What could possibly be suspicious about my paying property taxes on the address printed on my check, which is also my address of record with the bank?The fact that it's a check, and not one they sold me.I wanted an assurance that they'd honor my next check when I sent another one to the tax collector, and I asked them to cover the $30 fee I incurred because of it. I didn't ask for anything else. They promised to call me back, but never did. It's been weeks now, the deadline is approaching, and I can't reach anyone at my supposedly reputable bank to confirm they'll do something as simple as honor a valid check drawn on my account.I'm out a *lot* of time going back and forth with the tax collector, an extra $30 fine plus gas, and a lot of frustration and embarrassment. The tax collector says I'm far from the only one this has happened to.And PNC clearly doesn't care a bit.

I stop at the WB Township location to cash a check-I needed specific denominations of money. I waited 40 minutes in line and there were still 5 cars ahead of me. A customer service representative can to my car to see how my experience was. After explaining my experience and dissatisfaction with the time I had to wait and no other location on Saturday. He told me I can use the ATM for that and came over to the machine and assisted me. Very nice young man-David with great customer service qualities. He should be awarded for the great job he did!!!!

Nice location. Friendly staff at the drive through. Very clean and updated look. Very quick service inside as well. They are quick to make sure everyone is taken care of. My partner and I met with a staff member to try to get a loan. I do not remember his name, but he was extremely nice. Very honest and guided us every way he could. Highly recommended.
