“Today I was so pleased with my experience at the Chase location downtown. I was greeted by a very friendly lady who showed me to the desk to be taken care of by Farrah. I had a savings bond to cash in and it took a little bit of time but the ladies behind the desk were so friendly and accommodating. They explained every step and made sure I knew what was happening. I love the building and the atmosphere in there. I highly recommend this location.”

“Very friendly ATM, conveniently located near the subway stop, and just outside of a Citizens bank in downtown Pittsburgh. I've only ever had one issue with a check deposit at this location, but it was totally my fault when confirming the check amount. Citizens did resolve the issue swiftly. This ATM is pretty good at it's job. Area is public, well lit and safe.”
