“The reps have always been cool. They definitely looked out a few times with new service. I get annoyed when I finally decided on the phone I want just to find out it's out of stock. They do offer to get it shipped from another store but who wants to wait days???So, my opinion is,they do what they can for their customers. Especially when you start to develop a friendship. I personally just don't have the patience to wait.”
