“Great experience. I called and asked if they had the battery I needed, and they said yes. I drove to Williamsport. There was no wait even though they were busy. Staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. There was a young man, 16 years old, helping out the man who was in charge, and he was amazing. He knew as much if not more than the gentleman who waited on us. It's been a long time since I have seen a young person who is as efficient and knowledgeable about a product as he is. He didn't have to be told what to do and was all business. He was extremely polite and courteous. I drove an hour to get there, and I will go back there again for another battery that I need. Can't say enough good things!!! Impressive!”
