There are tons of free weights, machines, a variety of barbells and different attachments. If you ever have a question...ask. He will show you how to use a machine. He genuinely cares about they gym and the people in it.”

“I think Dynamats does a great job with their kids. The class sizes aren't too big, so kids are able to get the attention they need. The instructors are always good about keeping the kids engaged. They challenge them, without pushing them TOO hard.My daughter really looks forward to going to Dynamats every week, and I'm thrilled she's found a place to let herself out!”
