“I went to return an Amazon delivery and the guy working there was super busy but also super nice. Then I wandered around and found a few things and went to the checkout. The person working there was also friendly and nice. I didn’t get a name but they said that they were in cosmetology school, complimented my old lady hair sincerely and made my day. I also watched how other employees interacted , the kindness was contagious. Well done Williamsport Staples!”
“Always had a good experience using the USPS in South Williamport. Shary always comes up with great suggestion on sending packages to my family in Arizona. Friendly and always helpful!”

“My son has lived in his apartment only since Aug 18th. 4 pieces of mail sent and only 2 have arrived. I have filed claims. The lady on the phone was very nice and professional, even got a call back to follow up on a Saturday afternoon.”
“I go to Central Transport about once a month to pick up my soaps, and every time the experience is smooth. Their customer service is great—everyone’s easy to deal with and gets you in and out without any hassle. Always a solid experience.”
“No-nonsense service! Price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. Easy in-and-out service. There was a little bit of a wait due to other customers in line in front of me, but once I was at the counter, I was able to get my document notarized and send it out via FedEx mailer in less than 15 minutes.”

“Michelle the manager is an absolutely amazing woman. I was in for the second time to print lost dog flyers, and she was so incredibly helpful. She made the process so easy, and was so kind and sympathetic to our situation.”
