Paid for 3 day shipping. As of day 12, it has yet to arrive at the destination. The folks that work inside at the drop off counter are wonderful. Not sure what goes on from there. For what it costs, I would expect just a little bit more.

This post office is so incompetent its unbelievable. How do you text someone saying they will get a package delivered between 10am and 11am.....then at 4pm you text saying my package is available for pick up at the post office. Why wasn't it dropped off with the other two packages that where dropped off today?
Why do you always seem to drop them off at my neighbors house and not mine? It's like this post office just doesn't care to help anyone.

I’m convinced these people are incapable of delivering my packages correctly. It’s always an issue with them. They will lose (or steal because the one delivery guy doesn’t like me) then tell me that I’m not going to be able to get my money or package back. I wish I had the option to not have my items delivered from these people anymore

They won't accept a prepaid package at the counter. A carrier that won't accept their own package at the counter. You have to scan in the package and drop it in a box yourself. I should probably be getting compensation for doing post office work. Everyone else gets to do their work and they get to keep all the money.

Last week I had bills in my mailbox to go out. Mailman didn't stop here! Next day I had them out again, Mailman didn't stop here, so I had to make an out of the way special trip to Reach Road. Today, 3 days later, I have stuff to go out. Guess who didn't stop here! I live in town on a main street, and I work out of town, which is why I put stuff out. And this has been happening a lot over the past several months. I wish I could give them negative stars.

Terrible customer service . I had my mail held till today Monday,June 3,2024 and the postal person walked right by my house ,2070 Sheridan St. Williamsport, pa 17701 and left nothing. I know I have mail because our local newspaper is delivered by postal service . Also a check was to be delivered Sat. June 1st. Don’t the postal carriers read the hold mail cards and read the date to begin deliver? Can my mail be dropped off today June 3 as requested?

Worst post office I've ever walked into. Most of the time I just go to the Montoursville post office because they are at least nice there, but when I have to pick up a package that was never delivered for Lord knows what reason, I have to go to this one. The woman who works at the front desk (elderly short hair) is the most condescending, rude, vile thing I've ever met. She's basically told me to go F off many times when I was there to pick up a package. The service is horrible here, everyone acts like you are nothing but an inconvenience. I've had bad service in my day but this place takes the cake. Awful. If you can avoid it, please do. You'll save yourself frustration and a headache.

Another day, another "your driveway wasn't accessible message from USPS. Our driveway has never been blocked, BUT we have watched the weekend mailman drive by our house and never stop at the mailbox multiple times. On the occasions I've stopped into this post office to get to the bottom of the issue, I was told that's just what they put down if they run out of time. So, in a nutshell, the guy will drive by your house for the GPS tracking, never bother to deliver anything, and then dumps the workload onto the reliable weekday driver. Best part, they know it happens and just don't care......
