Customer service is 0/10. No one answers the phone, and when you do get help, they seem more focused on getting rid of you than actually assisting you.

Can't get anyone on the phone. AFTER NO ONE attempted my delivery but held it at the location for pick up. FOR WHAT? Just to make my life hard? Phones open at 830 am voicemail is full and nobody answers at all!. Called the 800 number too and still cant speak with a human. How are we supposed to speak with a post master?

The best thing in America! I would like the Pony Express to have actual pony delivery 'vehicles' but the new Oshkosh NGDV is hilarious! Love it
