He was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. Customer service like this makes a big difference. “Could not be happier with the individual people I deal with at my local branch and customer service has been quick and lightning fast. Two times my ATM/Debit card was compromised during the overnight hours and both times their security team was on it and alerted me ASAP. Whatever funds that were fraudulently used were identified and refunded into my account that day. Got me a new card as S.O.P and as a precaution they kept an eye on my account. That and the branch where I opened my account all remember me by name and every time I go in there all say hello using my name. May not seem like much…..but it’s definitely a nice touch. Thank you Key Bank….”
