“We have been in PA for a little over a year coming from Truist in NC. We have had nothing but great experiences working with both their tellers and they financial advisors at this branch. A great team and they have helped us tremendously in making some sound investment decisions.”
“I had a great experience at this PNC branch thanks to Trey. I needed a credit card verification letter, and after getting countless run arounds and unsatisfactory responses from phone call customer service and other bank branches, Trey took the time to really listen and figure it out. He was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. Customer service like this makes a big difference. He saved the day and if it wasn’t for him I would’ve not been able to get my mortgage. Highly recommend working with him if you visit this branch.”
“Could not be happier with the individual people I deal with at my local branch and customer service has been quick and lightning fast. Two times my ATM/Debit card was compromised during the overnight hours and both times their security team was on it and alerted me ASAP. Whatever funds that were fraudulently used were identified and refunded into my account that day. Got me a new card as S.O.P and as a precaution they kept an eye on my account. That and the branch where I opened my account all remember me by name and every time I go in there all say hello using my name. May not seem like much…..but it’s definitely a nice touch. Thank you Key Bank….”
