Don and his team are absolutely amazing to deal with whichever way you slice it: fair and clear pricing, awesome quality of work, professional, but just as importantly Don seems to be genuinely excited about the work they do and for that reason they go an extra mile! I will probably be one of the more annoying customers who just doesn't know how things work, so I have 101 questions about everything, but every step of the way everything was clarified, explained, and I was treated with utmost respect. I chose VP Auto Works Collision Repair based on personal recommendation and because the location was convenient, now I would be happy to drive a different state, if need be! They are that good! “This place was beyond my expectations. I had an issue where my passenger door wouldn’t open because the front fender was pushed inward. I was originally told at another place it would be an 11 hour repair and it would cost over 2k so I have been putting off the repair for months, but I brought my car here and they fixed it in under 10 minutes at no cost. Courtney at the front desk was so nice and welcoming, and made the whole experience really easy with the questions I had. Cresson did an amazing job fixing my door and getting everything lined up perfectly again and was so, so nice. Everyone was is professional, honest, and helpful throughout the process. My door opens perfectly now and everything looks great. I really appreciate the quality of work and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work done.
