I would like to thank Marcel for etraordianary service at the store. I was having an issue with pairing my phone and watch that tech support could not figure out, but he did. I woul highly recommend the store and especially Marcel.

All I wanted was a reasonable cell phone bill for a 72 year old. What I got was a nightmare. First of all, I believe the young man was new. I didn’t want Hulu, Disney, ESPN but was told it came free. I was told that if I had FIOS and used my checking acct, my bill would be $43.09. Needless to say it wasn’t. I went back in. Ohh, I didn’t have enough gigs and I couldn’t use my debit card. So, my bill will be 53.09 after changing to my checking account and all is good. Well, my bill is $84.71. Really? On my way back in tomorrow but to a different location. Why??? This is the reason I don’t deal with young people. I can never get proper and responsible service. I am so frustrated and over a damn cell phone.

I ordered a cell phone for my disabled mother because hers is broken and I accidentally had it sent to my apartment instead of her house. That is entirely my fault. I tried to fix it with UPS but it didn't work and I missed all 3 deliveries. I went to a Verizon retail store to try and see if they could help me get her a phone sooner. They told me to go to the store in Willow Grove because it's a headquarter store and they can over ride my current order that got sent back and they could get a phone for me sooner. When I walk into the willow Grove store I was offered help immediately. When I told them my situation they said I had to wait till the phone gets delivered back to the warehouse. Meanwhile my disabled mother is without a properly working phone. I was almost in tears trying to explain this to them. They told me the only solution was to add a line and buy a new phone there. I feel like I was being taken advantage of, like they were just looking to make a sale. I accepted that this wasn't going to go anywhere. When I asked them if they could help me disconnect the 2 tablets that we don't use he told me to call 611 and they'll do it. I know he had access to do it but because I wasnt buying anything I felt like I wasn't going to be helped. I've been with Verizon for 17 years and this whole thing makes me want to leave. The thing is, I am due for an upgrade and if the salesman had been even just a little bit empathetic or polite, I would've gotten a phone today for myself, but now I'm not sure I even want to have Verizon as my carrier at all.

They don't do repairs but the first guy I talked to fixed my issue in 30s. Can't get much better than that.

I do not remember the gentleman's name. But he was working at the door on June 7,2025 in the afternoon. I was having trouble with my navigation app on my phone. He went above and beyond in helping me. If I lived nearby, I would recommend your store to everyone based on this one employee.

Horrible!
We came to switch carriers and they promised us to get us a proposal within 2-3 days!
Now over a month and still nothing! We went with another carrier!
This was a very large package

I bought iPhones watches and iPads on Black Friday deal and my bills haven’t been right for months. Every time I call I get a different story - someone’s looking into it/we can’t help you, call customer care, talk to business rep - ALWAYS A RUNAROUND and NO-ONE (sales rep Reggie, manager Foley/business rep Cam/business rep manager Frank/district manager Roxanne/customer care) willing to do anything to resolve issue of being overcharged hundreds of dollars too much every month. Someone needs to investigate this!

Don’t get trapped by Verizon on apple devices they should explain how insurance system work and also those discount they display is just a trap eventually you have to pay it indirectly!

Unqualified and useless employees. They didn’t even help me with my problem they just put me on the phone with customer support and walked away. Even after I told them I’ve already tried talking with customer support on the phone multiple times.
