I do not remember the gentleman's name. But he was working at the door on June 7,2025 in the afternoon. I was having trouble with my navigation app on my phone. He went above and beyond in helping me. If I lived nearby, I would recommend your store to everyone based on this one employee.

Overall I would give Verizon a 3 but today Angel B came to the rescue and produced a miracle to get the promo payment for switching from T-Mobile. He really went above and beyond the call of duty and came through despite the many obstacles the company put in his path. So he gets my five stars!
