The grounds and common areas are beautifully maintained and always clean. It is a very quiet and peaceful community. The staff consistently provides excellent, respectful, professional, and proactive customer service. The office staff is great, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, friendly, and responsive, often noted as the deciding factor for residents. Maintenance is fantastic, addressing issues quickly and efficiently. Residents describe a true community atmosphere with incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming neighbors. The experience of living at Penn Grant Commons is wonderful, comfortable, and exceeds expectations, making it a place residents are truly happy to call home. Despite very minor personal gripes, which are handled appropriately, the community is highly recommended.
