“I’ve never rented before, so I was a little nervous moving into a rental after I sold my home. I’ve heard horror stories about landlords and what not. This place has exceeded my expectations! If I need maintenance they either come the same day or the next. If I message a question, it is answered within an hour or less. The place was so clean and nice I thought no one lived in it prior to me lol. It is so quiet and serene here too. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone and especially those with large dogs or those that typically have breed restrictions. They welcomed my pitbull in no issues and he’s made a lot of furry friends so far being here!”

“This place is so unique. You need to see it in person. Very clean. Cafe and restaurant on site. Things to do and other places to eat nearby as well. Staff great. Plenty of parking.”

“I have had a wonderful experience living in College Row for a year. Management is responsive, the staff is kind, and if you can afford the price (which is more affordable with more roommates), it is the most convenient housing on campus. The only complaint I have has been living next to the small gym, you can hear people working out very loudly at odd hours. Sometimes in the middle of the night, and at other times very early in the morning. I wish the staff would have done something about this, even though I believe the gym is supposed to close at certain hours.”
