The young woman who assisted me with printing some handouts for a club on our college campus was extremely helpful. She did awesome! It’s nice to go into a store and have a need and someone is an expert at what they are doing and can give the customer a great experience.

I’ve used the services here at the UPS store in Willow Street for many years and they are always knowledgeable and patient and helpful!! I highly recommend them for the many services they provide.

Go to another ups store. I have gone here many times before and the people were always very nice and helpful. Guess they are gone and what is left are 3 “ employees” who stare at you like you are speaking a foreign language. Then I needed a microphone to hear them! I walked out and won’t be walking in. Customer service people SHOULD speak clearly and friendly. Smile. Say hello. I don’t know where they get these folks.

I used the self return kiosk with the help of an associate. I never knew this was an option!!! So quick and easy to use!!! I was doing an Amazon return. I am so glad I learned of this because I will now utilize this in the future. Sometimes when there is a long line I can’t wait, now I can use self service!!! Kindness. Kindness and ease of use is my reason for a 10!

March 7, 2025 in the evening. My husband came back very upset because he heard several male employees talking behind his back about how he was returning too much merchandise. I don’t think they have ever tried to plan a big event in their entire lives because returns will happen especially if you are making large amounts of purchases. The staff made him feel very uncomfortable and he is too polite to say anything. I tried to call to speak with a manager but they were busy. I think we will avoid this location from now on and go out of our way to kohls from now on to do business.

I had 16 projects I needed to print. I spent over two hours at the store and the office manager was so helpful and so patient while working through the project. I had 5 different types of speciality paper, letter, legal, and tabloid, black and white and color. I got it all completed and was very happy with the customer service as well as the quality of prints. Thank you

I absolutely hate to make a negative review but this one is justified. Dropping off 5 Amazon packages and was met with a very rude older gentleman behind the counter. I stood there for a few moments with nobody in line but me. Waiting to be called up. Finally he looks at me and says what do you need? I walked up and said hello and not even a response. Just looked at me. So I put the first package on the scale and let him scanned my phone etc etc. After the 3rd package he looked up and said ugh you have more? As I'm holding 2 more in my arms. Got to the 4th package and said the package needs a new bag because it's clear. We'll Amazon shipped it to me that way. So here is $4 dollars for shipping something back double bagged. So much for free returns. So I placed item into another bag and dude just tossed it into the floor and mumbles something under his breath. I bit my tongue and let it go, figured he was having a worse day than me. Down to the last package to return and he said got any more? As I was placing it on the scale. Again the rudeness coming from this elderly man was starting to get to me but again I let it go. To the UPS store owner that responds to these here on Willow Street this isn't the first time I've dealt with a rude customer from your store. Not to long ago a young kid with glasses listening to music with his ear pods was more important than a customer interaction. I've read the negative reviews on this store before I wrote this and wasn't going to write one but after thinking about it, maby one more negative review will help you with your employees and some politeness. I understand people have bad days like the rest of us but when I say hello how are you and thank you when this interaction is done I expect something. If the moral is that bad there then you as a store owner need to come up with strategies to correct it. Until then no more coming to that UPS store.

I have used this store often and, in the past, have appreciated friendly, informed customer service. I was in late morning January 10, and was waited on by the most disrespectful customer service clerk I have ever encountered. I was stunned at her rudeness, impatience and lack of knowledge. I will avoid future frustration by dealing with another location.
