Dr Arnold is the only veterinarian thus far that actually cared about my dog and didn't treat me as if I were crazy. a "mother" just knows when something's wrong with her "baby" and other vets kept telling me it was my fault. Dr Arnold however did testing on my dog and got to the bottom of the problem, even called me after hours one night to make sure that I got the answers I so desperately needed. she got me meds for my dog and helped her get back on track and she finally was able to not have insufferable Incontinence. I will forever be thankful for dr arnold and all my pets will see her. she is nonjudgemental , full of knowledge, will take everything you say into consideration and give you her best advice on what the plan should be. She won't make you feel guilty if you can't do something right then and there for financial reasons like other vets I've experienced. Thank you Dr Arnold for always being the best”

“FINALLY I GOT YO SPEAK YO THE DOCTOR AND HE WAS PROFESIONAL AND HELPFULL,I YHINK WAS THEIR OFFICE GIRLS NOT COMUNICATING RIGHT WITH CUSTOMER ALWAYS TELLING PEOPLE THAT THE DOCTOR WI CALL YOU BY 7 PM,WHENBON REALITU YHEY SHOULD SAY THE DOCTOR WILL CALL UOU TODAY WONT MATTER HOW LATE HE IS,BUT HE WILL CALL UOU DONT WORRY IF UOU DONT HEAR FROM HIM RIGHT AWAY BUT HE WILL CALL YOU BEFORE HE GOES HOME, THAT WAY MY TIME WONT GET WAISTED OR THE DOCTOR TIME AND I DONT WORRY IF IT IS 7 OCLOCK AND I HAVE NOT HEAR FROM THE VET YET,BUT WHEM YOU TELL ME THE DOCTOR WILL CALL ME BY 6 AND IT is 7 pm and I didn't hear from the doctor you start to get fustrated”
