“I took my car to the shop a few months ago because of a knocking sound when I turned. Once they put my car up in the air they took pictures and I received a phone call from Kelly. She sent the pictures through text and I was able to see the damage. I was quoted a price and agreed to the work. She contacted me daily with updates. I cannot express enough how thankful I am. If you are looking for a repair shop that you can trust this is it. They are professional and they care about their customers. Excellent work and excellent prices.”

I drove it there earlier than my appointment, and when I called to update them they were already almost finished with it! They were so nice to get it done earlier than my appointment. “Had my car in for inspection, tire rotation, air filter and cabin filter change. The staff were exceptional! Everyone has a great attitude and my car was taken in soon after I arrived. The cabin filter was brought out to show me what it looked like. I was shocked at the look of it. There was a lot of build up including leaves and etc. Advice to everyone have your cabin filter changed on a regular basis. I have taken my car to Flynn's several times now and recommend them to all.”

“Perfect place to have my wife's car undercoated. It's a 2019 and not a spot of rust until I changed the oil this year. And suddenly its time to undercoat. Having taken my truck to the Delmont facility, I found the Monroeville site fit my schedule better. Same great service and outcome was beyond my expectations. Great staff and I could never such a good job. It's a messy job, but completely necessary if you want to keep your car for a long time. They cost so much, why not try to keep them rust free. Can't say enough about this but, it's a great place to get this job done at.”

As a consumer it is nice to go to a place where you know that the owners and employees have your best interests in mind. Any questions that I have they always answer I literally trust them always knowing full well that they will deal with me honestly and fairly. Anytime I have any issue or question or even challenge this is where I go. They will always take the time to seek a solution to whatever your problem may be and if they don't have the answers they will find the answers but the funny thing is they always have the answers. This is a small family owned business run by Larry & his Wife, Ricky and the other gentlemen whose name has slipped my mind (my apologies) are such a pleasure to work with as well. Not only is the entire team very friendly but they are damn good at what they do, Larry is a true craftsman who takes extreme pride in his work & went above and beyond my expectations with these repairs not only from the body work but the paint is perfectly matched on a nearly 20 year old car (which the certified BMW dealership couldn’t even do) and as a professional detailer I can greatly appreciate that skill.
