“I had them set up my 2017 RAM 1500 to tow behind my Class C Motorhome. They saved me some on the hitch and all parts to do the job, they completed the work in a timely manner, even with having to make parts to fit in my engine compartment as what was with the kit did not fit properly. When completed, they had me take my motorhome to the garage and showed me how to hook up my truck to it to tow. I towed it 4200 miles this summer, towing that truck, and had no issues. Everything works perfectly. Highly recommend their services, very helpful and friendly staff.”

“The “funny” thing is I ended up going to Luciano’s because State Farm didn’t list my Mazda dealer (where I bought the car) as an approved repair shop. Ended up Luciano’s quote was less than the dealer, and there work and service was EXCELLENT. Everybody I dealt with was professional and pleasant. They were honest with the scheduling and the length of time my repair would take. For what it’s worth my Mazda has a special Snowflake White Pearl Mica paint. I was a little Leary of anybody other than the dealer matching it. NO PROBLEM! Luciano’s matched it perfectly and all their work was impeccable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Oh, and all my damage was to the rear bumper. When I picked up my car they had washed my entire car, including removing all my bug guts and tar from my front cowl!”

“Went here after getting rear ended. Here is what I learned. Their Johnstown location is the busiest. Not all three of the locations have inspectors on site for all insurances. I can tell you the South Fork location has an Erie insurance inspector on site. This is important because things are supposed to move quicker this way. Was really impressed with knowledge of the staff. They knew all about my car and about the process I had to go through dealing with insurance. I hope never to need them again but if I do, I won't hesitate to come here.”

I dropped my car off the night before, right before they closed, and they still called me first thing the next early afternoon with a full diagnosis. They went over what was wrong, discussed the cost of repairs, and got my approval before starting any work, which I really appreciated.
My car had misfire symptoms, and they quickly found the issue and got it repaired. They had my car diagnosed within 24 hours of it being on their lot, and I was without it for maybe 48 hours total before they called to say it was ready.
Fast, reliable, professional, and great at explaining both the problem and the work being done. They even found a couple of additional issues that fixed a stubborn check engine light I could never get to shut off (they of course asked for my approval before fixing the additional things).
