“Don't have time to say what problem I had but between Michael W team leader, Sarah H sales rep and the two Kyles in the Hanover store they got the problem fixed and got me to stay with Verizon.Lets just saying with all the people I talked to no one at Verizon made me want to stay as a customer (I was so upset with Verizon I was going to take my business to someone else).But between Michael W, Sarah H ,and the two Kyles from Hanover I can't say enough.I want to thank these people for doing a great job doing there jobs.”
