“Knowledgeable and friendly staff! I’ve shipped packages with them before and it was always quick and easy. Most recently, I went in for fingerprinting through their Identogo service and was in and out even faster than I expected. Highly recommend!”

“Since I moved to the area in 2008, this cute, rural post office has been my delight to patronize. They've had at least 8 different clerks over that time, but always give quick, friendly service. Keep it up, folks!”

“My business takes me all over Lancaster and Lebanon and Berks counties, and I also ship a lot of books, so I've done business at least 50 local post offices. This cute little place is one of the friendliest. And now that they have actual parking spaces, it's convenient too! Keep it up, folks.”

“I often get overwhelmed at post offices. I don’t know what it is that stresses me out about them but Mark and Sheila do an amazing job. I’m so glad to have a small post office with amazing workers.”

“Their services are great.I don't know the lady's name ,but she is very kind and professional.Last time I needed to mail my documents and a return envelope so I could receive my passport as soon as possible. She helped me and remind me the tracking numbers ,told me the details patiently.I appreciate her help and I had received my documents successfully. There is another young girl who is working there.she is friendly and patient too.I like this USPS location, the parking lot is wide and clean,it's a very quiet place in our community and the store is tidy and clean, bright and their service is great.”
“Excellent post office branch, and a true public service. I have relied on the post office for years, and the staff there has truly lived up to the tradition of the US Postal Service (and Department of the Post Office prior to 1971). I can't tell you the number of times that that counter staff was patient, helpful, and reassuring. Staff has changed, and yet, this high standard has continued to this day. Delivering a service to the rest of the People in such a dedicated way, and with a human touch. Please keep at it.”

“Ty has consistently shown us what quality customer service looks like with a kind greeting, a smile, and personalized help. This post office would be remiss if they did not recognize and appreciate stellar employees like Ty that are the backbone of their people-facing duties.”
