“I ordered my print online beforehand at Campus Copy Center. I emailed Anthony back and forth before coming. When I showed up, it was ready, which I really appreciated. At first, I wasn’t totally happy with the color quality, but Anthony helped me right away and fixed the issue super quickly and easily.
He was honestly so helpful and made the whole process feel simple and stress free. The price was also a lot lower than Staples, which was a huge plus. I’m very happy with how everything turned out. “This was my 1st time using Navis pack & ship & it won’t be my last !! They showed extra care for giant my crystals . Navis came in like “a knight in shining armor” .. They took the job last minute . My moving company who said they could do it , backed out at the last minute , the day that I closed & had to be out of my house for the new owners to move in.. of course I panicked & then by brother called Navis in Los Angeles, we spoke to Elin Perez , she said they were about to close & then , said “don’t worry we’ll be there in 20 min” .. They came right away , got the crystals , crated them up & shipped them out from Los Angeles to their sister store on the east coast . This is where it gets juicy!! In comes Dan Cramer , Owner & boss man of (Navis Pack & Ship #PA1104) , not only did Dan come in like the greatest super hero of all times , he eased all of my concerns about how we were going to get my 1800 pound geode through the front door if my new home ..Dan delivered , No drama , no chaos , just a new platform for my giant geode & an easy move for my precious stones !! I am beyond grateful for Elin , Dan and the fellas on his team !! If I ever had to move anything again , I’m definitely calling Navis Pack & Ship !! “I love this quaint little post office branch. It has a truly hometown neighborhood feel. And, there is rarely more than a 2-3 minute wait, even on an afternoon. The clerks inside -- (dare I call them "clerks" ??) are down to earth and approachable, always friendly and welcoming, adding that rare human/personal touch to their face-to-face interactions with customers. They greet you when you arrive and smile and say "goodbye, have a good day" when you leave. These may seem like simple facts but they make all the difference. If you've ever stood in a post office line for what seems like 20 minutes behind 6-7 other customers, only to encounter a robotic grump behind the counter, that can be a very irritating, aggravating experience. Merion Station is a little slice of heaven, where kindness, friendliness, and efficiency are the standard. Thank you, Merion Station Post Office!”

“Went to FedEx for some important prints for a work event. It was a quick turnover and I needed it completed next day. The manager Toni called me to make sure the order was understood and was extremely detailed to make sure everything was completed to standard and on time. When I went in for pick up, Toni went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She was amazing and even recut some of the items to make sure they were exactly what was needed. I didn’t ask her to do all these things, but she was so detailed and truly wanted to make sure the order was perfect. I called ahead and spoke with Jackson, explained to him what I needed, and when I needed it, and that I was coming in from across the country. He told me to stop in when I arrived in Pennsylvania, he assisted me with my project and a draft, and then he helped me with a second project, I decided to put together. He had all my material printed and ready to go on time and in perfect order. He was super patient, very kind, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with Jackson at Staples if you have any print projects.”
