I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback and recognition for Cody, the tow truck driver who recently helped me and my family.

Cody was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and friendly during what was a very stressful situation for us. I have very little knowledge about vehicles, but he took the time to explain what was happening in a way that I could understand and helped make the entire situation feel much less overwhelming.

He went above and beyond by safely helping get my vehicle to the repair shop. Afterward, he even took pictures of my vehicle for me and sent them to me, which I really appreciated. He also took the time to look at the tires on our rental vehicle and noticed that they appeared to have dry rot, making me aware of a potential safety concern.

Cody’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. He made sure my family and I felt informed and cared for, and he turned a very stressful experience into something much more manageable.

Arnold, one of the owners, told us to come right over and he'd fix us right up. Arnie stopped what he was doing to fix our tire immediately so we can get back on the road. It cost only $25 to have it repaired. Thank you!”

“We had an unfortunate situation and needed a tow on the highway. They were quick to arrive and helped explain to a 20 year old what he needed to do. They allowed us to store the vehicle on their lot and were very sympathetic during the whole process. For the negative reviews stating they didn't answer the phone--this is true but I learned they have minimal staff so leave a voicemail. We really appreciated Amanda--she was very helpful from beginning to end. She made a tough situation as good as it could've been. Thanks again!”
