“I've used this small post office for years, since it's walking distance for me. Never had a bad experience with the staff. Packages are always sent on to the main Philadelphia distribution center the same day and have never been lost. During peak hours, sometimes there is a short wait, but staff have always been friendly and efficient.”

427 Main St Office, Red Hill PA 18076
“Small towns have their pluses and minuses. Today I needed to have a letter hand canceled (mailing a tax payment) and the clerk knew exactly what I needed and had the stamp handy. Plus I left a tote bag there once and didn't notice. It was there the next time I came. The former unhappy clerk has moved on, but she had a lot of reasons to be unhappy. Don't judge, people.”

327 West Ridge Pike A, Royersford PA 19468
“Excellent service, the lady treated me with good disposition, she was very patient with me and was very kind even though I don't speak English, I am very grateful!”
-
52 West Third Avenue, Collegeville PA 19426
“Lived in the area 15-20 years and never had an issue until recently. They put the wrong postage on a soil sample to PSU and it came back RTS. They treated it as first class but should have been parcel. I had no receipt but they made good and I paid only the difference and were apologetic. Does it get crowded, yes. But they all do.”

165 California Rd, Quakertown PA 18951
“I really don't understand any of the negative reviews about this post office. I've been going here for over a decade and the staff are some of the friendliest of any post office that I've ever been to. From my experience, the people who seem to be frustrated are the ones that aren't educated with the mailing system in one way or another. They don't know how to label their packages, they don't understand each of the services, they complain about pricing, they have no concept on how long a package will take to get to its destination or they have the patience of a fifth grader. Every single time I've been here, I've been treated with respect, everything has been efficient as far as process and any questions I've had were were answered in a timely manner.”
