They are understaffed at times, but the tellers (who often work both the line and the drive thru simultaneously) are stellar. Yes, "stellar tellers." Our organization has found the entire staff to be both knowledgeable and helpful in meeting our needs.”

“Great people, but their online banking service isn’t the best. It seems like its constantly down for updates and the content on the app doesn’t always refresh in a timely manner. I wish the online banking was more reliable, and I wish that the ATM were updated to deposit checks like some of the other local FCU’s (without use of envelopes). Like I said overall, good people but their online serves aren’t the best.”

“I am very thankful for this credit union, I've been with them ever since I was 18 and as someone with very bad anxiety they always walk me through everything and are very patient. Just recently my debit card was about to expire but they made sure one was sent to me a month before it expired. Even though they get busy they'll still make time for those who need it, the atmosphere is very welcoming. I'm honestly glad I'm with this credit union. The only thing that could be improved is the mobile app going down but I know that they have no control over that. So keep up the good work and thank you”

“I always get quick, friendly service here. The location is so convenient, inside of Giant. No special trip needed! They do lots of promotions here for opening new accounts and start you off with five dollars in your account when you open it. Free from there if you keep that five dollar minimum.”

“This place has really stepped it up in recent years. The desk staff is always super nice and helpful, and they even remember my name which I always appreciate. The agents and exec staff are also very kind and helpful.It’s unfortunate that all the old reviews are stuck on here, because they have really improved in the last couple years (especially after the transition from BBT to Truist). Love this bank”
