“There are a lot of negative reviews on here from several years back. But I must say that since I've been utilizing this branch for the past year (2023-2024), the staff and service are excellent! They are understaffed at times, but the tellers (who often work both the line and the drive thru simultaneously) are stellar. Yes, "stellar tellers." Our organization has found the entire staff to be both knowledgeable and helpful in meeting our needs.”

“Great experience at this location. We had a local bank that deposited my husband's work checks directly for many many years. We stayed with them thru many buy outs and name changes. But customer service no longer existed there, prompty a bank change. M and T has certainly gone above and beyond in customer service. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. I needed a special account to close my mother’s probated will items and they set it up and guided me thru it. On line aspect is user friendly and mac offers choice of bills received. Great location of this bank. Highly recommend.”

“Been with this bank since it was M&T and have had many positive transactions and they even caught 3 different transactions that weren't mine before processing them and even contacted myself before they put them through! Yes I miss M&T's hours they had back then /Sat &Sun but not a big deal. Won't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work. Manager even helped me get my credit back on track and now in the high 700's again. Thank you. Bigger banks are a hassle not this location.”
