“Went from 5 stars to -1. Went into this store today and tried to change my pin. Manager she identified herself as is very rude and unprofessional. Since I don’t know her name — black woman with red hair. I’ve dealt with the previous manager and every store associate her has always been helpful. When I asked her for her name she refused murmullé times to provide it and said “I don’t need it”.
This person should not be in any position of leadership. Disappointing and I will me making a complaint to the BBB
Update: My review from earlier you can disregard. Daniel the Manager and Chris are wonderful, and the complete opposite of the previous negative experience I’ve had this location. With Dan in charge, the store vibe is positive, , professional and both Chris and Dan go out of their way to help you.”

I believe it was Jackson who helped me, I mean my phone was crushed, but he fixed everything on it to the front screen, back glass, charging port and made it look Brand New… all in an hour or so at an Amazing price!!! “I visited AT&T several times and did not have the best service due to an issue with a misspelling of my name on our account, however on this occasion Juliana wiped away the memory of all of those experiences. I was told by all the other representatives to figure it out in the app or call customer service but Juliana took the time to help us sort out the issue in the app and get a new phone within minutes. She made helpful suggestions and perfectly applied my screen protector and case saving me from pulling out my hair attempting to do it myself. I couldn't be happier with her smiling service, and will definitely make sure she's working next time I need AT&T.”
