“This cozy plant store has the best vibes, plant options and helpful team! They host a wide range of fun classes and the most delicious baked good pop ups. The team is genuinely so helpful and won't up sell you. I once came in looking for biochar for my veggie raised beds and jumped on the chance to buy a soil mix with some biochar. Their team insisted that I look for a more concentrated mix elsewhere and reminded me endlessly that they accept returns. I ended up using that soil mix with biochar on houseplants and haven't needed to water them as often! 10/10 recommend popping by.”

“People who leave bad reviews for Farm and Garden Station are 99% because of plants that die, the employees can’t come home and water your plants!! I’ve been coming here every spring for years, never lost a plant, OR had a bad experience with any employee, from greenhouse help to the cash register. Amy and Chris in the greenhouse are top notch! Always willing to stop what they’re doing to answer questions! It’s a great spot, you’ll agree, just water your plants and you won’t have a thing to complain about!!! “Central air system was added just before the heat wave . The 2 technicians took about 1/2 day to install the system at my son’s home . They cleaned up after and it took about another 1/2 day to cool the house. They gave instructions on the thermostat that was installed and how to efficiently cool the home and how often to change the air filter”

“A&J has been my go to for mulch, dirt, firewood, and more for years. Their customer service is excellent and always has been. Had a tiny issue with a delivery recently, for example, and they came and fixed it the same day I contacted them. I definitely recommend them. Thank you so much for all the help with my garden.”
“We had a solid experience with the contractors that came out to help install our new appliances (and a few other things).
I think they were installed right because there's no gas smell and everything in our kitchen works and looks fine.
The downside though: communication and installation speed.
We picked a delivery day when we ordered, but arrival window was communicated the day before, which was annoying. Glad we were able to move around some work stuff so we were available.
The other downside was how fast they installed things. Might sound weird, but it was so fast I was worried they skipped steps. The oven and microwave were installed in 15 min (including removal of the old ones). We blinked and it was done. Still kinda paranoid they didn't pay close enough attention to detail.
I also had to adjust burner flame hight myself (the last appliance store did that for you), and both appliances had a number of grease smudges on them.
But overall, for the price, we're happy.”

“Someone once said this place is a man's paradise. Well welcome to 2021 now also a woMANS sweet escape too. Lol anyway I stopped in for top coat after staining and trees can't wait to plant them. Very nice despite the very small selection store was busy as usual check out took a while but the sweet girl in the nursery was awesome. Wish the employees in the paint department were a little more helpful. Masks worn. I'd recommend.”

The manager Caleb was so amazing and helpful when I accidentally canceled my online ship to store when we were coming to pick up for curb side and the online customer service told me “ too bad, you’ll have to reorder it and ship it all over again “ even thought it was sitting there at the store. He worked it out and we were were able to pick it up. Huge thank you to him!”

An item I was looking for said it was plenty in stock yet there weren't any to be found and even with assistance from the manager the item couldn't be found. Overall staff did their best but after about 45 minutes of searching I gave up.”
“I have to give a shout-out to the young man by the name Christian R. It was me and another gentleman who needed help in one of the isles in the back. He was walking pass and asked everyone if they needed any help. Both of us came running 🏃♀ . He took his time and made sure everyone had what they needed, no rush and helped us check out. I have never received such exceptional service before. This man was setting the bar too high 😂. Please give him a raise and his kiddos!”
