“Austin and Shamus at Gerhard’s Ambler location were both fantastic. I walked in not knowing to expect but was greeted by that true family-owned style business atmosphere I was longing for. Austin was patient as I asked many questions, proactively offered to price match competitors, and worked with me on a quick delivery time. Purchased a new grill and dishwasher on Tuesday and had a seamless delivery and install on Thursday. It’s nice to say that I look forward to future dealings with Austin and Gerhard’s. “We had excellent experience with AAA. Julie Mensa was our consultant. She was thoroughly professional and extremely patient as she walked us through all the choices and prices. Ultimately, we selected Fabuwood cabinets for our kitchen. They arrived on time. There were a couple of issues once installation began (some of our own making) and Julie was able to resolve all of them in the timely fashion. In the end, we wound up with a beautiful kitchen and laid out exactly as I wanted it. I highly recommend, if you're planning on using AAA Distributors, to ask for Julie.”

“My dishwasher is old and leaks. I needed it diagnosed to see if it’s worth repair. Service was scheduled the very next day. After diagnosis and thoroughly showing me where the two problem areas were, I was provided quote for parts and labor which were fair price. However, I wanted the pricing of a new dishwasher, since I didn’t think the old machine may not be worth the investment in repair. It’s on its last leg.Appliance Pro (Glen) also worked with me to find new appliance and quote install pricing. Glen and Ricky came back the very next day to deliver and install new dishwasher and remove old one. Glen found me top of line dishwasher at incredibly below retail price ( I researched !) and efficiently and expertly installed. Very hard working, motivated and customer centric.I will use the company again and recommend to others !”

“We went to buy a dryer and were helped by a very nice woman. She showed us all of the gas dryers, we chose one with delivery, and it'll be here tomorrow! Great service and great prices. I've shipped here before and I'll definitely go back when I buy my deep freezer. They have a 90 day warranty on which they'll come out and service or replace your appliance. Great store.”

“I don't usually go to Home Depot or Lowe's for that matter unless I'm helping out my dad or brother with a project but the other day I went to Home Depot to their gardening center. I was looking for s specific fertilizer that I couldn't find and ended up walking out with a plant, different fertilizer, and a pot. When I couldn't find the fertilizer, I gave up and started looking at more Indoor plants since I wanted to buy new ones. While I was looking one of the workers asked if I needed help I told him actually I do and if he knew anything about fetishized, he grabbed another worker who also was unsure because he wasn't entirely familiar. We then all went looking for a worker from the garden center who had never heard of the fertilizer but when I told him I checked the whole wall he walked over and started looking with me. When he said he never has even heard of it he started trying to look at other similar plants' fertilizer options when he finally recommended a multi purpose organic fertilizer that wouldn't change the ph much and that he himself used and so did many different garden centers. I was really appreciative for the help and recommendation and I bought a small bag per his suggestion. I also bought a potted plant because it was a great deal and I bought a proper pot for my plant at home that drains. Overall I got what I needed (mostly) and had great service. The cashier was also very nice. I was super pleased with my experience.”
