I’ve been a million times but most recently today I worked with Ernie to fix my sink and I’m just so thankful for his help and knowledge. “Went there to see if they re-screen window screens. The do it in the rear of the store. Took five screens in and total came to $111. Was told it would take a few days, but they called me the very next day to come back and pick up the finished screens. Great service and a good price. Can't beat it.”

The parking seem to be my only problem. I had to park in a bus only zone and run in and out wich with the stores help I was in and out but there's no parking only on the side streets wich are always packed. “Love the place but had a return, damaged product and they told me I had to take it to another store because they didn't have a replacement. Other wise I would have to pay restocking fee even tho it was damaged. It was a big piece of equipment I had to rent a trailer,when I got to the first store I took it off the trailer,I had asked the day before what to do and they said bring it in anytime,had to put it back on the trailer ,got charged more for the trailer because it took longer,I was frustrated over the whole deal”
