I normally have a good experience inside the branch. The ATM line is normally ridiculous and the inside one is frequently out of order.

They are in the process of forcing customers to use ATM type machines so it is even slower to get waited on. Especially if you can use the fococta machine!

That ATM outside is always broken or very slow. I'm fine with everything else.
