“I visited this bank today and was greeted by the Tellers as soon as I walked in. I explained the reason for my visit and they alerted Sidney A. During my visit Sidney listened to my concerns and was empathetic. I was treated professionally and with respect. This was my only positive experience with Santander Bank. My account was opened less than 6 months ago and I’ve visited one other branch in Elkins Park and was treated poorly all other experiences with Santander prior to visiting this location have been over the phone and they have been negative. I appreciate the was I was treated at this location, although I felt valued at this location Santander Bank as a whole does not align with what I am looking for in a financial institution. Mainly the way this bank treats customers so I ended my banking relationship with the bank.”

“The only thing I might agree with is the long wait time. However, we had such a seamless experience with Tanisha. She was kind, educational, and experienced. We had lots of questions, oooo did I mention she had lots of patience...the most important thing for me is that I didn't feel rushed..so that may be some of the waiting time..they actually take time to listen and fix problems..my grandmother left with clarity and confidence that day...so thanks TD team for great customer service!!!”

“This is my favorite and only branch I go to. The representatives here are so polite. The customer service reps are friendly, the service is fast and who doesn't love the free gifts they give. The rep I got was so good she made me get a loan that I honestly didn't need..lolololol.. but it was used well so...”
