“I have always had a good experience st this bank. I was worried because they changed to Fulton but my service was the same. They are extremely helpful and tend to the need until it is resolved. They don't come off with an attitude if you come in 30 mins before closing. They still smile and do what they need to do to get you in and out. I have to go back because I can't get my card to work but I'm sure they will fix it with no problem.”

They've helped me when I needed help that was a tall ask and just today were completely engaged when I thought I spotted a bank error. Catherine took my number and assured me they'd get to the bottom of it, and sure enough 20 minutes later she called and took ownership for the banks error and fixed without any more effort on my part.
