“I am giving the bank a four but I'm rating the lady who serviced me, a 5. Ms. Tammy R. Kee is a star and a perfectionist!!!! I can easily see why she is the Assistant Manager. She should be the manager!!!! I had a situation that needed to be resolved and even though it wasn't Ms. Kee's specialty, she assisted me. If it weren't for her, I know that my concern would not have been addressed in a pleasant manner. All managers should be this professional!!!! Ms. Kee has been employed for seven years and it shows!!!!! Ms. Kee treats her clients with respect and goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Ms. Kee is kind, thoughtful, pleasant and knowledgeable. She is efficient and knows her position inside and out. When I have another issue, I will be calling on this fine employee to assist me again!!! Have a blessed day!!!!!!”
